CLE Seminars

We’re offering our FREE 1 ½ hour CLE course to law firms across the country. The course, "Choosing an Independent Laboratory" provides an overview of the many types of testing laboratories, their capabilities and what questions to ask before engaging a contract testing facility and litigation support provider.

• Important factors to consider when choosing an independent laboratory and expert witness

• Overview of principles and methods of chemical analysis for legal cases

REACH Seminars

Interested in learning more about REACH? The European community has developed new requirements of importers and manufacturers to protect people and the environment from harmful chemicals. REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, and Authorization of Chemicals that are made, imported, sold or used in Europe. What does this mean to producers in the United States and other areas outside of Europe?
