Chemir/Polytech Laboratories Wins "Fast 50" Award For Fourth Year in a Row
(July, 2000) Chemir/Polytech Laboratories has again been named to the St. Louis Regional Technology list of the fifty fastest growing high-technology companies in the area. This elite group of winners will be profiled in the September, 2000 issue of Commerce magazine. The award is sponsored by the St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association (RCGA) and Deloitte and Touche.
The company has also been nominated for the national Deloitte and Touche Technology Fast 500, which honors the fastest growing 500 high technology companies in the nation.
It is unusual for a laboratory to be included in this list, which is usually reserved for high tech start-ups or companies in the computer industry. The consistent growth can be attributed to the laboratory's sophisticated problem-solving technology, a large staff of Ph.D. scientists and an individualized focus on each client's unique circumstances.
