FOOD SAFETY MICROBIOLOGY SEMINAR: OCTOBER 24, 2008
St. Louis, MO – Microbe Inotech Laboratories, Inc. and Chemir Analytical Services will be sponsoring a Food, Health and Safety Microbiology Seminar on October 24, 2008 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Donald Danforth Plant Sciences Center, located at 975 N. Warson Road, St. Louis, MO 63132.
The one day seminar features speakers from both the industry and academia covering analytical food microbiology issues, food safety and technology. John Herries, Ph.D., Senior Director of Operations, Chemir Analytical Services will present a session: “Confronting Food and Beverage Quality Failures with Analytical Chemistry”.
