The primary goals of our quality program are continuous improvement, reliable results and error-free reporting.

Continuous Improvement: We strive to improve our processes, methods and procedures by the following means:

  • Ongoing training programs to help us keep abreast of new technologies, regulations and industry trends and to improve our processes
  • Quality assurance coordinators to work closely with management and technical staff in reviewing analyses for compliance with standards
  • Quality team meetings to provide a forum for addressing questions and concerns on quality issues

Ensuring Reliable Results: Our quality system is focused on obtaining accurate results

  • The use of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure uniformity in routine operations
  • Installation, Operation and Performance Qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) of analytical instrumentation for applicable regulatory work
  • The use of standard or validated methods for analyses when available
  • Continuing surveillance of published guidance documents to ensure adherence to current regulatory policies that impact our clients

Error Free Reporting: The quality of our reported data is critical

  • Documenting all facets of the analysis
  • Communicating any questionable or non-conformances results to the customer within 24 hours
  • Following procedures and complying with standards
  • Auditing data internally when regulatory compliance is required
