Chemir Purchases PRA Laboratories: Expands Chemir Acquires Guidelines Integrated Services
St. Louis, Missouri - September 26, 2003 - Chemir announces the acquisition of Guidelines Integrated Services, Miramar, FL, expanding Chemir's pharmaceutical contract research and development organization to now include 3 locations and approximately 100 employees. The acquired company will be operated as Chemir Pharma Services. Guidelines Integrated Services specializes in methods development/validation, stability testing and various analytical testing to support the development and commercialization of pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device products.
