"What Am I?"

This image was generated at Chemir Analytical Services by an SEM-EDXA. An SEM-EDXA provides advanced scanning capabilities which allows its user to generate an image of the microscopic details of a sample. The image can give insight into product failures stemming from stress fractures, contaminants and corrosion. Chemir currently uses a JEOL JSM 6480 LV SEM with an Oxford Inca 250 EDXA which is capable of 3 nm resolution. Find out more about Chemir's instrumentation and failure analysis services.
